What genuinely brings me joy is knowing I’ve made someone’s day easier. Whether it’s supporting a client or a colleague and no matter how big or small the task - I care. I love keeping the plates spinning and thrive on the variety the role brings.
Did you always want to be a practice manager?
Not at all! My career has evolved around my strengths and what I can bring to a team to make sure everyone feels supported. The common thread throughout my roles has always been relationship-building. I’m genuinely interested in people and love working with individuals from all walks of life.
What do you get up to when you're not practice managing?
When I’m not “peopling”, you’ll usually find me in the garden with my headphones on, pottering alongside my gorgeous dog and two cats. My happy place is most definitely in my wellies, attempting to channel my inner Monty - mostly mud, occasionally magic 🙃
